Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive mail management tool, which will give you full authority over your mailboxes and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can create a new mailbox in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Moreover, you can forward emails from one e-mailbox to another, finetune mail filters, create auto-response messages and protect your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your electronic mail accounts against junk mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome e-mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtering your incoming electronic mail messages based on specific criteria specified by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly set up an email filter for any of your mailbox accounts and select the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming emails from one email box account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail box accounts. Just choose the mailbox you would like to forward email messages from, then specify the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily configure the mail client of your choice to access your electronic mail accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you wish to set up on your personal computer or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email box account will be set up in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple mailboxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to easily set up an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
